This week's Nu Shell updates include fixes, new features, and documentation improvements. Highlights include updates to the `ls` and `ps` commands, the addition of `--partial` flag to `to html`, support for stderr redirection with `do -i`, a new `reduce` command, `str contains` and `str index-of` commands, and improvements to data reporting and date parsing. Also, a new RFC proposes a new data representation model.
