This week's updates to the Nu shell include improvements to startup times, external arguments, table manipulation, string operations, `.gitignore`, operator parsing, symlink handling, auto-cd logic, `trim` command functionality, help messages, and the addition of a `from-eml` command. Documentation for `str` has also been improved.
