This update focuses on the engine-q and reedline components. Engine-q saw additions like zip support, HTML/Markdown conversion, filesize formatting, a `gstat` command, dataframe commands, porting of several commands from Nushell (nth, prepend, reject, uniq), and network/URL command. Reedline gains the ability to disable ANSI coloring.
